Bach: Advent and Christmas Chorales from the Orgelbüchlein
A live online class on six of the Advent and Christmas chorale preludes from Johann Sebastian Bach’s Orgelbüchlein: how each piece is built, how to register it and how to practise it, with the score on screen and my own recordings. About 60 minutes of presentation, then 15 minutes for your questions. Please have a copy of the score to hand.
My recording of Bach’s complete Orgelbüchlein was released in 2021.
